This is chicken and waffles from my buddy's place in Down town Santa Ana, The Playground. It's Jason Quinn's place and if you've never heard of him, go check out his place right now- he brings a passion to food like you've never seen or tasted in your life! And these chicken and waffles from his Sunday Brunch are no exception. I have quite a challenge in re-creating these bad boys to be healthy but I'm always up for a challenge!
